Opinel - The Classic Board

-Not dishwasher safe. The board should be sponge washed and dried immediately.

INTERVIEW STAGE

1-Clean

To begin, clean your board with a brush and dish soap.

Wash it with warm water, rub and rinse.

For a more powerful cleaning, you can add white vinegar and rub with salt using a cloth, leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse.

2-Dry

An important step is drying your board.
Dry it thoroughly with a cloth and let it air dry so that all the moisture can escape.

3-Feed the wood

The third and final step is very important to ensure that the wood of your board is protected and keeps its beautiful appearance.

Use a dry cloth to apply cooking oil (preferably grapeseed oil).

Remember to rub well in the direction of the fibers so that the oil absorbs well and the wood is well nourished.
