Delivery
Our products are carefully packaged. We make every effort to ensure that your purchase is shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
Customer Satisfaction
Choosing an item online can be difficult, and mistakes can happen. You may return your purchase and receive a refund within 7 days of your order if you change your mind. (See our Return and Refund Policy for more details.)
Warranty
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defective product, we will replace it free of charge. If a problem is caused by improper handling, we will help you find the best solution to repair or replace your product.
Correction of Errors or Misprints
We make every effort to avoid errors. However, some information may occasionally be inaccurate (description, price, availability).
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. When an error is identified, La Coutellerie reserves the right to correct it, cancel an order, or withdraw an offer, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
If an order is cancelled after being charged, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your financial institution’s policies.
