A short history of the 6644RQ1: BEC DE CORBIN
This traditional knife was the very fashionable French model in the 18th century. With the end of the handle in the shape of a crow's beak, it was sold everywhere in France. Its blade, in the shape of a bourbonnaise, was housed in the crow's beak, thus preventing its point from piercing the pocket.
The 6644RQ1 series is distinguished by its special character created by the elegant shape of the bec de corbin. The inspiration comes from the historical Roquefort model. The RQ1 deliciously combines a modern note and the style of the 18th century. A fashionable knife during the independence of the United States and the French Revolution, the 6644RQ1 series is the knife numbered 1789 of the new French brand 6644 by ARTO. The openwork tab at the end of the blade balances its design and signs a rebellious character.
