Georgette. The innovative cutlery, half fork, half spoon.
Georgette , this cutlery created by Jean-Louis ORENGO in Ariège in Saint-Lizier, is the result of a winter expedition in the great Canadian North. This naturalist from Ariège was inspired by the shapes of animal paws. His chance encounters with engineers and a chef restauranteur gave birth to a table cutlery in 18/10 stainless steel with worked lines.
The Georgette picks, pricks, slices, sauces, spreads, allows you to empty and peel fruits and vegetables, to separate soft and hard foods...
This cutlery, an extension of your hand, is ideal for enjoying your soups, dishes in sauce, oysters, salads, desserts...
Available in shiny and matte silver stainless steel. (19cm)

The " Adventure " versions have a small spoon in the handle which acts as a teaspoon, a symmetry of the main spoon, a hole allowing it to be hung or suspended.
Left-handed people are quite comfortable with the shape of the handle.
For hiking or traveling, it is a good compromise between weight (35g) and size. (16cm)
