I had previously purchased two of these bento boxes and one of the little containers fell from the top of the dishwasher into the bottom and got melted. I contacted them and they were kind enough to send me the open-box display as a replacement! This was above and beyond anything I could have expected, and underscores why it is always better to shop at small businesses. The love and care is clear! Thanks again!
