Choosing an item online is often difficult. You might make a mistake. We'll take back your purchase and refund you within 7 days of your order if you change your mind*.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . The choice of carrier is at your discretion. However, we recommend using a standard ground service to reduce costs and avoid customs fees or taxes.* If the return is due to an error on our part, reasonable shipping costs will also be refunded.
If the return is made for another reason, the initial delivery charges and the return charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. - You have 7 days from receipt of your order to return an item and receive a full refund, subject to the conditions below. Items must be INTACT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- No USED items can be refunded.
- Only items purchased on LaCoutellerie.ca are eligible for return and refund.
- No exchanges are offered, except in the case of a defective or damaged item.
- Items returned more than 15 days after receipt, incomplete or unable to be restocked may be subject to return charges, at our discretion.
- No returns are accepted after 30 days from receipt .
- After this period, only the manufacturer's warranty (if any) applies.

- Returns are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt at the warehouse.
We strongly recommend that you:
1- to use a service with a tracking number;
2- to add insurance for the value of the package.
You remain responsible for the returned item until it is received at our warehouse. In case of loss or damage by the carrier, any claim must be made directly to them. Please ensure that the package has been delivered before contacting us for a refund or tracking.

Please include a note in the package specifying:
- your order number.
- the reason for the return.
REFUNDS
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7 to 14 business days after receipt of the return.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, reasonable delivery charges will be refunded.
- If the return is for any other reason:
- The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount.
