A true masterpiece of Swiss engineering, the new Z10 doubles the range of available coffee specialties. It prepares the entire range of hot coffees, from intense espresso to trendy flat whites, at the touch of a button. And with Cold Brew specialties, it opens up a whole new world of coffee enjoyment. These innovations are made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (PRG), which recognizes the selected specialty and precisely adjusts the grind size in a flash.

JURA has also developed the Cold Extraction Process, a new and truly refreshing method. Cold water is injected through freshly ground coffee in slow, high-pressure pulses. The result reveals the coffee in a completely new light – refreshing, energizing, with a wonderfully balanced aroma.

This superlative, top-of-the-line machine is operated via a 4.3” touchscreen display that is twice as fast, combined with the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. The Speciality Selection menu and artificial intelligence make it exceptionally simple and intuitive to use. The Z10's sculptural design reflects the advanced technology it houses. Its convex-concave front panel testifies to its extreme precision manufacturing, with meticulous attention to detail. The new Product Recognising Grinder (PRG)

To guarantee optimal grinding for every specialty, JURA engineers developed the Product Recognising Grinder (PRG). This electronically controlled precision grinder adjusts to the predefined grind size in fractions of a second – with a speed and frequency that would be impossible to reproduce by hand.

The grind settings range from a very fine grind for classic short coffees to a very coarse grind for longer specialty coffees. But coffee lovers don't have to worry about any of this: the setting is adjusted automatically with each brew. And thanks to the Aroma Selection function, it's also possible to select your preferred setting before each brew.
