Fischer-Bargoin sharpening steels are surely the best you can find on the market today. Made in Thiers, France, since 1859.

Instructions for use : Run the edge of the knife blade along the entire length of the sharpener, applying light pressure, then repeat on the other side to sharpen the other edge of the blade. Repeat this process several times, alternating between the two sides of the blade.

Important : The knife must be held slightly inclined at an angle of 20 to 30 degrees.

Care instructions : Clean with water and mild detergents, dry and store in a dry place.
