Fischer-Bargoin sharpening steels are probably the best you can find on the market today. Made in Thiers (France) since 1859.

Directions for use : Run the edge of the knife blade along the entire length of the sharpener, pressing lightly, then repeat on the other side of the sharpener to sharpen the other edge of the blade. Repeat the operation several times, alternating between both sides of the blade.

Important : Hold the knife at a slight angle of 20 to 30 degrees.

Care : Clean with water and mild detergents, dry and store in a dry place.
