The blunt tip of the sturdy Oyster No.09 stainless steel blade allows for precise and safe oyster shucking, with a naturally water-resistant Padouk wood handle.

The curved blade of the #08 mushroom knife provides excellent control and doesn't "cut too many good mushrooms." The natural bristle brush cleans the delicate mushroom skins, looking for any residual soil.

Both knives fit in the large outer sheath.
