The blunt tip of the robust stainless steel Oyster No.09 blade allows for precise and safe shucking of oysters, with a naturally water-resistant Padouk wood handle.

The curved blade of the No. 08 mushroom knife offers excellent control and doesn't "cut too many good mushrooms." The natural bristle brush cleans the delicate skin of the mushrooms, removing any remaining soil.

Both knives are compatible with the large outer sheath.
