The white Facette set offers four table knives with a full-tang smooth stainless steel blade. The handle is made of VittEr® compressed paper eco-material and is dishwasher safe.

Hardness 55-57 HRC. Made in Europe.

OPINEL knife blades are made from a stainless steel grade optimized to ensure both high corrosion resistance and high mechanical performance.

The blade offers excellent sharpness and high abrasion resistance (wear) which allows it to withstand regular contact with hard materials, such as ceramic, before needing resharpening. Stainless steel has the advantage of requiring no particular maintenance under ordinary use conditions, unlike carbon steel. Nevertheless, it can reach its limits when exposed to aggressive environments (acid, salt water, detergent, etc.) for prolonged periods.

The VittEr® eco-material is made of compressed paper and allows the knife to be dishwasher safe.
