The assorted Facette set combines several styles and enhances your table!

Four knives with a full tang smooth stainless steel blade. No food will resist! Four handles with different woods and materials: natural woods with ash and olive, stabilized wood with dark ash, and a VittEr® eco-material made of compressed paper that is dishwasher safe.

OPINEL knife blades are made of a stainless steel grade optimized to ensure both high corrosion resistance and high mechanical performance.

The blade offers excellent sharpness and high abrasion resistance (wear) which allows it to withstand regular contact with hard materials, such as ceramic, before needing to be resharpened. Stainless steel has the advantage of requiring no special maintenance under ordinary use conditions, unlike carbon steel. However, it can reach its limits when in prolonged contact with an aggressive environment (acid, salt water, detergent, etc.).
