Olive wood transports our Savoyard knife to the Mediterranean. A classic for lovers of this wood with its strong character.

The grain of olive wood offers patterns and shades ranging from light to dark. Between darker veined areas (numerous or scattered) or surfaces with lighter and uniform tones, the rendering is unique for each piece.

Equipped with an 8.5 cm stainless steel blade, it promises a perfect cut and easy maintenance. The olive wood handle of French origin is hard, resistant and offers a pleasant grip. Its Virobloc safety ring is available to block the blade when it is either in the open or closed position.
