The great classic of the French knife. Designed in 1890 by Joseph Opinel, its carbon blade offers excellent cutting quality. Its beech wood handle perfectly fits the shape of the hand, making it more pleasant to use.
Its Virobloc safety ring allows the user to work without risk.

This knife requires blade maintenance after use (drying/greasing).
