Mix of oak and black steel for a very contemporary reinterpretation of the timeless N°08. The BLACK finish on the blade and ferrule is obtained thanks to a specific surface treatment (PVD coating) to reinforce the resistance to corrosion (compliant with food contact). The handle in oak from French forests is varnished.
